BRISKA Structural Position Structure

  1. Staff

    Daily operational executors. Focused on productivity, work neatness, and fundamental contributions.

  2. Coordinator

    Leader of a micro-unit (1–4 staff). Manages the workflow rhythm of a small team, task distribution, and reports directly to the Supervisor.

  3. Supervisor

    Responsible for team quality and performance across work team leaders. Provides coaching, performance monitoring, and report validation.

  4. Manager

    Head of a department or division. Leads internal strategy, staff development, cross-functional synergy, and reports to the Board of Directors.

  5. Director (Brand/Subsidiary)

    Top leader of a brand division or subsidiary company. Fully responsible for business direction, transformation, and organizational sustainability.

  6. Commissioner

    Independent authority overseeing company operations to ensure alignment with good governance principles and the IKHLAS values.
